Accepted Forms of Payment: Cash, Interac, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
For initial visits, a health history form is required to be filled out either prior to, or upon arrival of your appointment. The form can be completed online, or on paper.
A 24-hour Notice is Required for All Cancellations or Rescheduling.

Please Note: When booking an appointment, a credit card on file is required to secure the reservation.

The card WILL NOT be charged at the time of booking. This is part of our: Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy
